It was July of 1999 – we were headed to the Netherlands to begin production on a marketing video for an international company headquartered here in the Midwest.  This trip required a fair amount of travel – 7 countries in just two weeks!  The only travel arrangements our client had settled on were the flight there and the flight home.  We traveled to various locations and found lodging once we arrived.  We very quickly became experts at locating the i that indicates a visitor information office.  Everyday we found ourselves in a new city, often speaking a new language, but every time we found that i we found a resource that understood our needs. They made everything clear and got us to where we wanted to go.
