Before co-founding Midland Video with George Liberatore, Neil spent several years directing live newscasts, public affairs programs, broadcast special and commercials at a local television station. He then worked as a VP and Account Supervisor for an advertising agency.

Since co-founding Midland Video Productions in 1980 he has been writing, producing and directing hundreds of video-based marketing presentations, training programs, public relations campaigns, fund-raising activities and product launches.

From the Alps to Osaka and from NYC to LA, Neil has enjoyed projects that have taken him around the world for clients like: Badger Meter, Fireside Theater, Toshiba Medical, Hollister, Inc., MACC Fund, and the Marcus Corporation.
